Cancellation terms for Vallisaari services:

Preliminary reservation is valid for 7 days. Advance payment 30% for over 1000€ events. Advance payment is non-refundable.

Food and drink:

We should know the menu and drinks of choice and the confirmed number of participants at latest a week before the event. In case of later cancellations we have to charge 50% of the original price of the reservation. If the cancellation is made on the same day or the day before the event we charge the whole amount according to the confirmation.

Possible changes to number of participants must be made at least four days before the event.

Activities and guided tours:
